Easy Goer, by Alydar out of Relaxing, was a chestnut colt who prevented Sunday Silence from winning the Triple Crown in 1989. His win in the Belmont Stakes was by a convincing and remarkable eight lengths.

Of his twenty races, Easy Goer won fourteen and placed second in five. Three of those second place finishes were in races won by Sunday Silence.
